This is the video for the book release event for The Tangible Past in Athens, Georgia, held in the Appleton Auditorium of the Athens-Clarke County Library, and featuring readings and comments by many of the contributors, including editor Charlotte Thomas Marshall, Gary Doster, Milton Leathers, Amy Adams, Lee Epting, Theresa Flynn, Steven Brown, and Mary Warren. The book is filled with information about Athens and its history, much of which has long fallen out of the public consciousness. The book also features essays and never before published images.
