We begin another new Oral History series with an interview with Bill Paul, Georgia artist, arts educator, and former Director of the Georgia Museum of Art about his long and varied (and sometimes controversial) career. The interview was conducted in Paul’s barn in November 2014 by Lee Shearer, reporter from the Athens Banner-Herald, and recorded by Reflecting, Sharing, Learning in connection with the exhibition "Seldom Seen: American Art Pottery from the Collection of Bill and Dorothy Paul." This exhibit features a sampling of the Pauls' renowned collection of American art pottery from all over the United States.
