We are seeking a Library Assistant: Circulation Manager. This position works in collaboration with the Circulation Coordinator and team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Circulation Department. Managing a large staff and a multitude of varied services requires competence in delegating authority and the ability to plan and to adapt to a changing work environment. The System will hire an experienced, responsible, creative, and enthusiastic individual who embraces and thrives in an active, fast-paced, culturally diverse environment. The Circulation Supervisor reports to the Circulation Coordinator.

Minimum Training and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required, with college degree preferred. At least two years’ experience working with the public is required. Library experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
